Oginski
Michal Kleofas Oginski (25 September 1765 - 15 October 1833) was a Polish composer, diplomat and politician, Lithuanian Grand Treasurer and Russian senator. As a composer he is best known for his Polonaise 'A Farewell to the Homeland' ('Pozegnanie Ojczyzny') written on the occasion of his emigration to Western Europe after the failure of the Kosciuszko Insurrection.
