Carcassi

Carcassi
Matteo Carcassi (1792-1853) was an Italian composer who is most recognised as a concert guitarist and composer. He initially studied piano but learnt guitar whilst he was still a child. The romantic style and technical skill of his compositions is why his music is still well regarded and played by classical guitarists today.

A classical guitar study by Italian composer Matteo Carcassi. Sprightly and sparkling, this delightful piece is great to convey playful scenes. Has a hint of nobility and grandeur about it.
